Received item, missing handset and cord. Contacted seller who said would check on it and make good.
No reply after a week, contacted seller again, mentioning I would have to return item since it was incomplete. Next message I received was from eBay telling me I had been partially refunded. I'm assuming the amount which was kept was for original shipping cost. It would have been nice if seller had promptly responded about what happened to the missing parts.
