The ribbon and binding are in nice condition with no staining or abrasions -- the fraying on the bow end was intentional and was the style at the time. The sweatband is in good shape, supple and the debossing still vibrant, but does show some marks from wear and there is some verdigris build-up at the reed seam. The pleated liner is free of damage and the logo is nice, but there is some foxing/staining on the liner.”
