Quick replies to my questions leading up to the sale. I had asked before the sale if any of the items had corrosion or rust? Upon opening the locomotive box, there is evidence of rust on the styrofoam package. Additional e.g.; Individual railcar cellophane had punctures as well as the outside box cover corners are all torn or damaged. Item was sold as new. Mail prep was slow- two days after receipt of payment.(purchased/paid for item on Sunday, was dropped off to UPS 4 pm Tuesday.)
