Very disappointed. Purchased 2 items weighing about 3kg. Seller posted with Royal Mail Tracked 48 no signature and paid £9.19 postage whereas it should of been £6.59. Buyers are not liable to pay sellers fees as well as postage. They were in a normal brown box no special packaging. I reached out to the seller who ignored my message too.

This feedback is nothing but lies from start to finish!! Royal mail tracked and signed for over 2kg IS £9.19 so we only charged you what we paid. Your items were carefully packed like everything else we post, surrounded in bubble wrap and placed inside a cardboard box then securely taped shut. Also, I did reply to your message and have got screenshots to prove it! Unfair, unwarranted and totally untrue feedback
