I just want to thank ebay for refunding me the portion that was missing. Seller said that I tampered with the book. Which I did not. He wanted to thank advantage of his return policy. Becareful when sellers shows "seller pays for return shipping". They will give you a partial refund for any reason. Thank God ebay saw the injustice. ************

The book was not returned in the same condition that I had shipped it out in (as supported by photo evidence). Prior to issuing the refund, I messaged the buyer twice to discuss the issue and to learn what may have happened. I made no accusations; I only asked questions. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. A full refund was issued for the expedited shipping label, and a partial refund for the book due to the condition issue. eBay reviewed the case and upheld my partial refund decision.
