I'm sorry that you didn't receive your order. I just wanted to clarify that it was not eBay that refunded you, but us. Once you opened a case to say you hadn't received your order (the correct procedure), we investigated with the courier, found the item to be lost in transit, and arranged a full refund within the required time frame. I'm sorry to say that we did take the weekend off to spend with family but your case was fully in hand.
