I to had problems with the delivery but contacted the seller who was brilliant gave me the tracking numbers for the parcels and asked me to wait for a couple of day's to allow them to turn up which thry did. Took my daughter and granddaughter 2 hours to put together but am really pleased with it and with the sellers communication and speed of reply.
