They sent our wrong colour ribbon. I would have preferred a replacement of the correct colour or a refund but was only offered a tiny % off the wrong colour - which I have no need for.
Very disappointed as it was their error and they did not rectify it for me, but they just asked if I could use the incorrect colour sent for something else!! No I can't.
Have purchased the correct colour elsewhere now and will not be returning to this shop. Very disappointed
