In normal circumstances when a buyer is not happy with a product and in this case He Was Not and me the Seller offers a refund with a return label and he does not want to return, what's to keep the item, plus he wants be to fully refunded sounds fishy. Spoke with Ebay and they advised me again to offer the full refund with a return label and he again he replies No and that he's a sick person..doesn't sound kosher to me
