Seller did not describe /take pictures of the red staining all over the legs of this doll. She also has a sparkly paint substance over her arms and face.
The seller was contacted, did not offer to pay for return shipping and only offered $20 compensation when it was over $170.This won’t cover the cost of getting new limbs or sending out to the AG doll hospital.
Seller was defensive, stating she didn’t believe that I received the doll that way, even w/pics upon opening the box.

Please note. I was shocked to see this persons allegations. I have contacted eBay and I do dispute her claims. My photos are evidence of my defense. This person also went outside of eBay to file a claim which is against policy Had she gone to request a return I would most certainly have done so and as such I would have paid the return shipping. I also offered her $20.00 (which makes the doll even far below selling price of 145.00. or to return it. She did not respond!
