This seller shipped the item without a tracking number, even after I messaged them to please send one so I can make sure my order arrived safely, not getting lost. They ignored the message. I saw this was shipped without a tracking, and I asked why, still nothing. The item is listed as "brand new/sealed" yet I opened the shipping envelope and it wasn't. It was opened, the plastic seen in the photo, removed. And the product was opened... small dings in the cover as well. I'm not happy
