Guy is a liar. I ship the item in stated condition, he left his mail sitting in the rain while he was on vacation. So it was my fault it was damaged. He opened a case to get a refund, ebay told him to ship it back to me. 3 weeks later he still did not, kept the book. So if it was damaged why did he not return it? Thought I would give him a refund and let him keep it I guees.
