Se si verifica un guasto durante il periodo di garanzia, è necessario notificare e consegnare l'articolo in garanzia a Desguace Elostion S.L. che valuterà il pezzo e procederà al cambio o al rimborso dell'importo. Se la parte non è difettosa, consegnerà un buono per il suo valore, scambiabile con parti in magazzino.

La garanzia non copre manodopera, difetti, danni causati dal guasto del pezzo, dal cattivo assemblaggio o dal mancato rispetto della manutenzione indicata dal produttore dello stesso.
