The item and the price of the goods sold were fine. The pickup location only mildly confusing to find, mostly because of unrelated people looking for assistance in a showroom display part of the building that made me think the item was located there. Once I went back to the building immediately behind it that I had asked for directions in earlier, I found the item and let the very nice employee at the desk know. All in, good item at a good price, so no complaints.
