I contacted the seller and told her I was not happy with the ring as it was smaller than what it looked in the pictures, she told me if I returned it she would refund the money but I told her I am 83 years old and don’t get about much so I couldn’t return it. So now I’m stuck with the ring which I purchased for my daughter’s 60th birthday and it doesn’t even look like it’s cost me £89.99 with postage. I’m sorry I don’t usually give this kind of feedback but I’m just not feeling happy.

Ring was listed clearly with details&pictures, offered below market value & at a discount.You threatened with negative feedback unless we gave you money off, which is against eBay policy.We tried our best to resolve it, but you put us in an impossible position.We offered a full refund for a return which you refused, stating you don't get about much. Royal Mail will come to collect parcels from your very door. Happy to refund for return, but won't tolerate coercion in order to get something free.
