Wenn während der Garantiezeit eine Panne auftritt, müssen Sie den Garantieartikel an Desguace Elostion S.L. das wird das Stück bewerten und es ändern oder den Betrag zurückerstatten. Wenn das Teil nicht defekt ist, wird ein Gutschein über seinen Wert geliefert, der gegen Teile auf Lager eingetauscht werden kann.

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Arbeit, Mängel, Schäden, die durch das Versagen des Teils, schlechte Montage oder Nichteinhaltung der vom Hersteller des Teils angegebenen Wartung verursacht wurden. Alle Ersatzteile haben eine maximale Rückgabefrist von 7 Tagen, solange sie nicht manipuliert wurden und die Rechnung zum Nachweis vorgelegt wird, danach werden keine Rücksendungen akzeptiert. Gemäß Art. 18 RD 782/98 Entwicklung des Gesetzes 11/97 über Verpackungen und Verpackungsabfälle.
