Sir, your refund was issued 5/31/24 at 7:04pm. As for the return shipping, you said in an email, "I selected the wrong option during the return process, so it charged me for the return shipping." When eBay's tracking showed your item was delivered, I was prompted to select the "refund buyer" which I did. At no time in our correspondence via email did I ever REFUSE to refund your shipping. I messaged eBay about refunding your return shipping costs, I'm waiting for their instructions.
