Yes everyone makes mistakes but there again the post office hasa sat available system so they knew where it had gone...the book was good quality and only delivered a day late..
So why full negative feedback..let's hope you never make a mistake eh!!!

You denied writing the wrong number and blamed the post worker, then you blamed the postman for delivering it to the address you had written down incorrectly, then you blamed the tenant for accepting the book, then you blamed me for eventually tracking it down? Those were the issues which made for a very unpleasant transaction.
