The camera "LENS ERROR AS IS" was received after three weeks from you at Richmond CA here in the Europe The Netherlands Delft. That is 10 days ago now and indeed the camera lens was stuck forever. Initially the plan was to replace the lens unit but in the end it could be repaired by exchanging the little motor inside BFA0814 with a spare (unfortunately these are no longer for sale). The original motor got stuck most likely by a large mechanical shock (bumper car ;) ). Anyhow it works fine now.
