Demolizione Elostion S.L. offre ai propri clienti, ad eccezione di centraline o componenti elettronici e, il periodo minimo di 1 anno di garanzia secondo il Regio Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 sarà soggetto a quanto accettato nei libretti di garanzia a seconda del tipo di materiale.

Se si verifica un guasto durante il periodo di garanzia, è necessario notificare e consegnare l'articolo in garanzia a Desguace Elostion S.L. che valuterà il pezzo e procederà al cambio o al rimborso dell'importo. Se la parte non è difettosa, consegnerà un buono per il suo valore, scambiabile con parti in magazzino.

La garanzia non copre manodopera, difetti, danni causati dal guasto del pezzo, dal cattivo assemblaggio o dal mancato rispetto della manutenzione indicata dal produttore dello stesso. Tutti i pezzi di ricambio hanno un tempo massimo di restituzione di 7 giorni, a patto che non siano stati manomessi e venga presentata la fattura che lo provi, dopodiché non saranno accettati resi. Ai sensi dell'articolo 18 RD 782/98 sviluppo della legge 11/97 sugli imballaggi e sui rifiuti di imballaggio.

Il responsabile della consegna del/i contenitore/i dei rifiuti utilizzati per una corretta gestione ambientale sarà il proprietario finale.

Per effettuare questo reso devi sapere che:

1.Il prodotto deve essere in perfette condizioni e nella sua confezione originale.

2.Il prodotto deve essere stato manomesso, conservare i sigilli di garanzia.

3.Il prodotto non deve essere stato montato sul veicolo.

4. Non è possibile utilizzare l'imballo del ricambio come pacco postale, non incollare l'ordine di spedizione direttamente sul cartone del ricambio perché la nostra azienda potrebbe non accettare il prodotto.

5. A seconda delle condizioni della parte restituita (imballaggio incompleto, danneggiato, scadente), il rimborso può essere rifiutato.

6. Logicamente, se il prodotto non era come richiesto o presenta un difetto, questa garanzia lo include.
