I received a broken fishing rod poorly packaged. I send it back to the seller and after almost a month I still never received replacement or money back. Bad experience.

A free return label was provided. A few days after he shipped it-before it arrived back to me-he filed a chargeback with his credit card. Doing so prevented me from issuing a refund as the Ebay system automatically closes the return and opens a case, and removes my power to issue a refund as we await the outcome of the payment dispute. Otherwise he would have been refunded when the item was returned.
