The listing says its new. Not partially used or mostly used. When I got this product it is empty. I'm so 😡 upset. The pic is right after i opened it, and there sould be product on the applicator but its empty😔. Only at the very tip beacuse its whats left at the bottom of the container.I was really looking forward to this product. I would not buy from this seller again. Disappointment.

This buyer is incredibly rude and dishonest. I've sold several of these items and not had a single complaint. This buyer is out there opening and using cosmetic products and then trying to return them for their money back. I have reported this buyer and will be appealing their return request.
