Solid cot, thicker material than I expected. Nice cushion. AWFUL quality carry bag, be gentle with it. As for the 900lb weight limit, I doubt it but have no way to test it....but it held me easily at 250 pounds, I would say anyone under 300 pounds will be fine. It is NOT a backpacking cot, this is a car camping cot. Even splitting weight wouldn't work as the carry bag is atrocious. Solid purchase for the money.
