Hi there, I'm sorry that the pot lid has broken on you, however this was sold in perfect condition 6 weeks ago, if you had an issue you could have returned within 28days as i accept returns, as per your own description you state it DID fall during putting it together, the lid is made of glass so I'm not surprised it broke and is not my fault as my goods were brand new, In original box and well packaged.
