The seller did not show up for the agreed upon meeting to purchase the cd player and later texted me that he had fallen asleep in the middle of the day. When he did up, 4 hours later, he provided the component in poor and barely operable condition. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Your feedback is valued. If I had been given any clue that my initial apology for being late was inadequate, I'd have gladly clarified. I held the item 30 days yet you surprised me the night before with Wed evening-Tues morning time window I had to meet. Thats the time i work. I still accommodated. I even included a free luggage bag. The tuner either works or not but "Barely operable"? You and I inspected beforehand. All items have a 30-day return policy. I have no record of your return attempt.

Sorry it didn't work out. If you want to leave any other suggestions or input that can be used for making improvements in the future i would love to hear them. All i can say on behalf of your transaction is that if the item doesn't work, it has a 30 day return period. Most of the time I accept them back ven if hey still work. But if buyer refuses to send item back I'm sorry but I can't give a refund for that. I hope you understand how that just isn't a viable business model. Thanks
