Sorry you've had an issue with your purchase. It's never nice to hear that. I did message but received no reply. Can't understand why it took 6 weeks since you received guitar to then leave fb? I had the guitar 20+ years with no issues so assume it was possibly damaged in the post maybe? Unless you let me know - how can I help?
