SELLER EARNED 5 STARS. Interesting Cyprus collection with possibilities of different plate #s, wmks, dies, perfs, overprints - value unknown until receipt. Images were EXCELLENT & stamps on Scott Spec pps should reduce stamps mounted in wrong spaces. Previous collector rated 2 stars. Several stamps were damaged, no gum, same plate # side by side, or in the wrong space (newer wmk with older wmk stamps to cplt old wmk set). #13 ($525) was in #22 (17.50) - $507.50 increased value. SATISFIED
