This figurine arrived with it's right arm showing a glued break. The listing states it is in "excellent condition and has not been modified." Also states "this item is brand new," and the box was only opened to take the pictures. "Sold as is, not eligible for returns or refunds." I deserve a full refund. Have nothing to do with this seller! I can't give the item description zero stars, so I had to choose 1.

I am so sorry if I missed that. The box was sealed when I received it so not sure how that could have happened. I am always open to working with customers under these circumstances but you didn't reach out. I do not normally accept returns but I would have worked with you had you given me a chance instead of leaving negative feedback

It came like four-five days after shipped it was authentic and she's beautiful she had a big scratch were her muzzle meets her head where the white patch is on her head but that seemed like the only problem and even then it's OK to me WOULD RECOMMEND and IT WAS SUPER CHEAP FOR AN AUTHENTIC PET.
