Item just as described. Only reason for Neutral feedback vs. Positive is due to time it took to receive the item. Listing said items generally ship in two business days, and in this case the item was not physically shipped for four business days, (plus a weekend). This resulted in a total of 12 days between the order date and date I received. Not generally a big deal, but in this case I did not not have it for a race when I anticipated I would, and had to borrow a seat because of it.
