While it is unfortunate you say the slab is broken, the orig. photos of the item show no damage & the item was sent out w/ no damage to it. It was securely packaged & corner protectors added. A partial refund was offered w/o hesitation, which you accepted. Additionally, your photos do not show the serial number to confirm the damage is of the same item. I NEVER sell/ship a damaged item but know the amount returned to you will MORE than cover reslabbing of an item that left my hands intact.
