The feedback has got to be fake. A week later there is no movement on the shipment of my item, it's as if it's never shipped and suddenly eBay is allowing this seller to revise the arrival date by an entire week! To me, the seller has spent more time manipulating the eBay system to maintain 100% feedback rating rather than to provide real perfect service. The supporters on fraudulent and it shows that the eBay system is broken. 100% feedback is always a red flag. They'll remove this too!

The package was shipped within our handling time. The package is moving towards the buyer. It is impossible for sellers to "revise" arrival estimates, which are set by eBay. The buyer could have purchased priority shipment. Buyer was irate and offensive from the first message and kept accusing us of things we would never do. The feedback is unwarranted and misleading. If you visit the buyer's profile, you will see that 95% of the feedback they leave on sellers is of the same nature. Just angry.
