There are many different U.S. Government contractors for this knife over the years manufacturing for U.S. G.I. military forces as well as well-made copycats commonly sold to civilians. Even in the Armed Forces, it's not uncommon for various Mil Spec modifications on these knives, particularly across its spine, optional fuller groove and the overall finish of the blade. I like this SZCO Model.
