Perfect - Jus' the ting for peeling Skin & single layer at a time from ONIONS! Slice off the ends of the onion - THEN Use THIS to score ONLY dry outer skin & the FIRST onion layer;
Slice a chord off the side Globe off the of the onion (now there is a base on which to set the onion so's it don' roll) then Ring slices are cut across the latitudes of the onion.
THIS is for SCORING the onion skin & 1th layer so's they can be easily hand-peeled off. Its serrations avoid sharpening
