I spent a lot for this doll and mention to seller to pack it safely yet they just throw it inside the box without securing it to anything. Doll came in a bad condition and then when i asked about COA, seller LIED and said it's in the box when it NOT!!!

I did not just “throw” the doll inside of the box. Things get jostled around during shipping. I also mentioned to you at least a couple of times that this doll never came with a COA and that I misremembered one being in the box as I sent two different dolls at the same time and the other did have a COA. I never lied to you, just didn’t remember correctly.
