I have had no reply from the seller to an email I sent two weeks ago after expressing concern of the condition of this flute and its lack of sound ability when played. EBAY were very helpful and stepped in issuing a return notice. There was no response to this and I returned this flute back to the seller. I was very disappointed with this the second flute I purchased from the same seller. I am very pleased EBAY are aware of both my purchases and have now stepped in to help me.
