I bought a replacement mouse scroll wheel encoder. The process to swap the part into my mouse was straight forward and it feels like I'm using a brand new mouse. The shipping was longer than I'm used to, but perfectly acceptable considering it came from half-way around the world. The circuit board was perfectly well protected, especially considering the possible punishment that a package shipped internationally could be subjected to.

Ebay asks, "What else would you add?". Using "would" implies this is an option. It's not, apparently.
