This product was sold as "New" (would have been better described as "good condition") but wasn't as there were no instructions or original packaging, the inner bowl was out of shape so the circular lid did not sit properly, it was heavily scratched on the outside bottom, and the interior bottom was distorted, not flat so burnt when used. As this product is no longer sold I did not wish to return and managed to reshape the inner bowl and flatten the base a bit. The product arrived in good time.
