After a lot of back and forth of what were quite blunt and abrasive messages from the buyer, we asked for this to be taken down. While we wait for the business team to step in, we would point out that you wanted a brush for a V8. This item was not advertised as fitting a V8. It was clearly advertised as fitting the DC range. The customer purchased the wrong item and is blaming us for not reading the listing to ensure it fitted his machine!
