Both breakers are obviously used/returns. Have RTV/Defective stickers on both sides of both breakers. He tried to peel them off. (Didn't show side views in pics.) Lugs were all loose with torque marks on them. One screw was loose in package and can not get it screwed back in. New breakers screws/lugs are always tight. Can tell breakers had been stabbed into a panel on the back side.
Waste of money. Would NOT recommend doing business with seller.
