Item was wrapped insufficiently for the post office to be able to throw and bust the package. Two very thin pieces of styrofoam were placed to cover the plaster piece, and the styrofoam was shorter than the item being purchased. Then it was wrapped in some wrapping paper and placed in a thin box so the shippers could place heavy items on top, even though it was marked fragile. I paid $22.58 for a box of busted pieces and received no refund.
