Postage delays are beyond my control, you did try to scrounge a refund of me without a valid reason, you didn't allow for the maximum postage time by the courier, full tracking was provided to show you what was happening with the package. This is perfectly fine to use as a standard hose attachment. But do not be mislead, it cannot be used as a high pressure attachment as it cannot sodo the same as a high pressure hose. It did come wet in its bag too, but I’m going to assume that’s because it was checked.
