Seller did not post using the service i paid for & expected (tracked 48) used a different one of their choice. I then had to get ebay involved & contrary to her issuing a refund is incorrect, Ebay did that and i have an email from them closing the case in my favour, the seller had no intention of doing so until she “felt ready”, she accuses me of being aggressive which is false, she was derogatory of my heritage & then apologised when i called her bluff. All in all pretty dire service,

I sent a parcel with Yodel rather than Royal Mail. I made an error, ebay said that's fine to do. I immediately received an angry message- I apologised - didn't get anywhere with angry customer. Arranged for Yodel to return parcel. Its not back. I don't refund without item and explained I was at a will reading of both my parents and wouldn't be able to speak that day. ebay refunded before item returned. I have no item & no money. As for heritage, I said we in Cornwall might be more patient ?!
