I would have returned it right away but it was a very important gift for my daughter that I had to send out that day! I was VERY upset to say the least. I know things happen but when you don't give a care and pack like a kindergartener then they will for sure happen. Seller is high volume so I know this feedback means nothing. Would be negative but at least I received it
