I reported this promptly, offered to return it, and requested a full refund. I supplied photographic evidence more than once through ebay monitored emails. The seller responded, when pressed, that they'd received my emails yet no photos. All I could do was resend the photos. Now I have lost a lot of money and am stuck with this unusable art. Shameful that the seller didn't accept this return & refund.
