He said it’d take 2 weeks, with no tracking despite the item description stating otherwise. Two weeks later, he blamed Royal Mail and Storm Eowyn (from 4 months ago), and asked me to close the case so he could send "another". It was very obvious he had never sent the item in the first place. I requested a refund instead.
