Item differed slightly from pictures, all hardware on item appears to be in good, functional condition (there were some noticeable scuff marks but were only cosmetic). However, the software seems to have been modified at some point to make the controller behave as a tracker. I was able to get it back to normal controller behavior but only after sleuthing the web for solutions that included uploading modified config files to the controller via USB. It was certainly not plug-and-play.
