Model was packaged in bubble wrap, a very sturdy box, and a bubble wrap envelope to protect during shipping. The quality and detail of the piece was surprisingly food: not quite up to good injection moulded kits, but better than most printed and resin kits. I have subsequenlty used them again and their communication "off the sale" was excellent. The item was well priced, excellent quality and arrived in reasonable time. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. A fine looking piece, I would use this vendor again.
