Sie betrugen mehr als die Hälfte des Preises (59 €) des eigentlichen Kaufpreises: (99 €) Mir wurde keine dieser Optionen angeboten: 1/ Versand als Maxibrief International + Einschreiben: 11,00 € 2/ Versand als DHL-Paket bis 2 kg: 19,99 € (auf eigene Gefahr) 3/ Versand als DHL-Paket bis 5 kg: 50,99 € (eingeschrieben / versichert) Warum wurden mir 59 € berechnet, wenn Option 3/ sogar noch weniger kostete: 50,99 €? I

    Vorher anfragen macht Schlau, wir dürfen nur als vers. Paket versenden, da der Kaufpreis über 25 € liegt. Dann sind wir gewerblich gemeldet, also haben wir Angestellte die auch bezahlt werden müssen. MfG

    La sérigraphie n'a pas été emballée de manière correcte, il n'y avait pas de tube rigide comme il se doit pour une œuvre d'art. L'œuvre est arrivée toute abîmée. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui s'est limité à donner la faute au service postal et a ajouté "on emballe toujours comme cela". Il n'a d'ailleurs proposé aucun dédommagement. Vraiment nul!

    Es war gut verpackt, um diesen stabilen Karton zu beschädigen, bedarf es an hoher Krafteinwirkung.
