    Sorry to hear that the item was damaged in transit since it was intact when it left my location, as you can see in the many detailed photos. Not only was it shipped in a protector, I also wrap my items so they do not move freely in the shipping box. Unfortunately once I ship the item I can only hope the item arrives the way it left my location. Since this is the only one I had I cannot send you another one so you will have to file a damage claim with the shipping company. Thank you
