    This supposed "Brand New" laptop arrived pre-registered with only 7 months remaining on the 1 year warranty. When I inquired I was first told that Warranty begins the day laptop rolls off the assembly line and then was told the seller provides the one year warranty. HP would not help me because they "do not" accept sale invoices from auction sites. I asked seller for partial $50 refund so I could purchase extended warranty from HP but they declined. Item purchased 4/24/25
